What to Bring

Good to know: recommended for ages 7 and up. Children 4 and older are welcome at the per-guest rate, and infants 3 and under join free. Basic swimming skills are required. Prescription masks are not provided, so contact lens wearers should bring their contacts.

Cancellation Policy

Changes, including rescheduling and cancellations, must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time. Guests who give at least 24 hours notice receive a full refund or credit. You also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels the tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
